Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Optify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Optify is an AI-powered photo editing application providing image enhancement, background removal, virtual try-on, AI persona generation, and other creative tools using third-party AI models.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Optify offers a free tier and an auto-renewable Pro subscription, available in weekly, monthly, and annual options. The subscription title, length, and price are displayed on the in-app subscription screen before purchase and may vary by region.
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the same price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's app store account settings. Turning off auto-renew stops future charges; the current period remains active until it expires. Refunds follow the respective store's policy. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading, you grant Optify a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for providing editing services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Generate deepfakes or misleading imagery intended to deceive
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Use automated systems to access the App without authorization
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. AI-Generated Content
AI-processed images may not always produce perfect results. Optify makes no warranty regarding accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of Optify and its licensors.
9. Limitation of Liability
Optify is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UAE, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
